This timeline was developed for “Farmers’ Markets: 30 Years & Growing”, a celebration held by the City of Los Angeles in the Fall of 2009 to mark 3 decades of farmers’ markets in LA. The installation highlights key local & national milestones from the past 30 years of the farmers’ market movement.
